Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened ink bottles
- Used fountain pens
- Customized or engraved items
Return Process

- Receive approval and return instructions
- Ship item back at your expense unless faulty
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
